Both the driver and front passenger seat assemblies had serious defective nonconformities where the headrests crush and compress into the ceiling of the vehicle, forcing the occupant's head into the ceiling at fully upright adjustment, and prohibiting seat adjustment to a functional operating position. this dangerous and unhealthy defect substantially impairs safety and use of the vehicle.
