The electronic key somehow locked the doors with the key inside. i opened up the front passenger door, which unlocks all the doors, set my purse with the electronic key on the front seat, closed that door, opened the back door, put my 15 month-old granddaughter in her car seat, closed her door, and heard all the doors lock. one of the safety features of this car is that you are not supposed to be able to lock your keys inside. we had to call the police, and they had to break a window to get the car open. it was about 90 degrees outside, and she had been in there for about 12 minutes. lexus has no idea why this occurred, nor are they taking full responsibility to fix my damaged windows--one is broken and several others are chipped. they are "good willing the parts" on the broken window. *tr
