While driving at approximately 40 mph, i experienced an engine stall. this caused difficulty in steering and braking resulting in an accident.
Car has electric start, on several occasions came outside a few hours after parking and shutting cut car off to find the car was running again, despite not having touch the keys. more recently parked in my garage shut car off came inside with keys in pocket went out to garage 2 hours later to find the car started on its own and with the garage door closed for the night could have resulted in carbon monoxide poisoning if we had not gone out to the garage again that evening.
Three times in the last week i have experience a dangerous hesitation in accelerating at a low speed after applying the brakes. no matter how hard i press down on the accelerator, the car does not respond. *tr
