When driving at night, the headlights do not cast enough light in front of the vehicle. it is extremely difficult driving in dry weather and almost impossible driving in the rain. i find that i am using the high beams mostly for night driving. i believe this is a safety issue not only for me, but cars coming toward me. country roads & highway.
