Recently reported FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM problems on 2017 Land Rover Range Rover

While driving on highway (interstate 87), traveling about 2 hours into my drive with my 8 year old daughter and family dog at a speed of 65 mph, the vehicle's system went into failure mode and stated "diesel particular filter full" with no prior warning of this. vehicle had some loss of power then followed by "limp" mode which then was extreme loss of power. vehicle system failed and did not issue prior warning of "regeneration" of diesel particular filter. vehicle had been serviced several times for def fluid light, diesel sensor issues, and also failed nys inspection on it's first annual inspection in february 2019. i also had it repaired since fuel tank went to "empty" while driving. vehicle is unsafe and jaguar land rover should acknowledge there are major issues with the safety of these vehicles. we were originally sold another diesel range rover through same dealer (mount kisco) but that vehicle could not pass nys inspection as well. we were asked to drive it for a couple of hundred miles and bring it back for inspection but it kept failing and were then sold this one.
