Recently reported SERVICE BRAKES problems on 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque

My vehicle has brakes that catch so hard when you press the pedal lightly that the front end of the car dips down. i was exiting an offramp and the car slid sideways and i was near having a collision. it has been in the shop for this numerous times. neil at land rover of san diego today told me that he did notice it when we drove different cars back to back. the car is also leaking coolant and you can smell it in the cabin. from what i read this is hazardous. this has not been resolved by the dealer and they just try to cover it up by topping off the coolant. it is supposed to be a sealed pressurized system. my last problem is the rear hatch does not always close properly or all the way. told by shop foreman that there was an "advisory" to change out the bolts that hold the rear hatch on. i did not see any tsb for that anywhere. these are all safety issues and land rover is not willing to help me get them resolved.
