Tl* the contact owns a 2008 land rover lr2. while driving 40 mph, the sun roof shattered. as a result, glass shards fell into the vehicle. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 90,000.

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 land rover lr2. the contact stated that while driving 40 mph, the guide rail of the sunroof became inoperable. in addition, the contact stated that the rubber sealant and the sun roof fractured. as a result, the contact was unable to close the sun roof. the vehicle was taken to a dealer. the technician diagnosed that the sun roof needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the contact was aware of nhtsa campaign number: 08v055000 (visibility). the failure mileage was 96,000.

After i did the recall about the sunroof,maybe a month after the recall when i try to use the sunroof,the parts just came out of the tracks and broke. i call land rover and they said is nothing they can do,i will have to pay from my own pocket,oh well now i have tape on my sunroof because something that land rover should fix. please if somebody can help with this i really appreciate!! thank you!! *tr

Tl*the contact owns a 2008 land rover lr2. the contact stated the fuel gauge would suddenly move to empty and he was unsure of how much fuel was in the fuel tank. the contact also stated that when adding gasoline to the fuel tank, fuel was pouring out of the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed that the fuel line had split and it was replaced. in regards to the fuel gauge, the dealer replaced two sensors, water pump and another fuel line. the failure was triggered during cold weather. the mirrors also stopped moving when the contact shift in reverse. the mirrors were replaced. the air conditioner also stopped functioning and caused the vehicle to overheat and the fan was replaced. the vin was unavailable. the current mileage was approximately 51,500. the failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
