Problems with 2010 Kia Soul SEAT BELTS

I purchase a 2010 kia soul ! on 12/31/2009. soon after i notices how easily the pillars and parts of the door panel became scratched and nicked but the seat belt. report it to kia usa and was issued a kia consumer # k1695129 and was informed that a fix would be coming in april then in june. i have heard nothing from kia since. the plastic is very soft and can even be damaged by a finger nail. i would like this sub-standard plastic to be replaced. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2010 kia soul. the contact stated that the middle rear seat belt retractor failed and the brakes made a noise when depressed, causing the brakes not to engage at a normal stopping distance. the vehicle was taken to the dealer several times for the failures however, the dealer did nor perform a diagnostic. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 60,000 and the current mileage 95,000.
