Recently reported EXTERIOR LIGHTING problems on 2014 Jeep Wrangler

Multiple issues with lights not working, horn not working, wipers not working or not cutting off, clock spring repair, (any and all steering column controls failing)

Clock spring broken with no pertinent damage to vehicle or pertinent events, woke up one morning and the entire steeling column didn't work electrically.

My horn doesn't work. my turning signals intermittently working, my windows wouldn't work, the lighter wasn't working, but now is. driving down road. changed fuses, changed light bulbs. same resuld.
