Problems with 2013 Jeep Wrangler STEERING

I have received several recall notices for recall n28/13v-234, every time i receive a notice i contact my dealer nyle maxwell dodge/chrysler/jeep of taylor texas. and every time i am told that they have no parts for the repair, and they don't expect any parts in. they don't try to order the parts or schedule a appointment. and i am told by the service personel that i can keep checking in and maybe i will get lucky and they will have the parts. this is unacceptable, they either need to fix it or stop telling me there is a problem that they are going to fix. *tr
