I have contacted multiple dealerships in the san antonio, tx and austin, tx metropolitan areas and all service centers refused to correct the safety recall in my vehicle. i have also complained to jeep and they indicate all dealerships are backed up with recalls and they are still trying to make the part. this issue has not been fixed for greater than 1 year. no one will help me and the vehicle was only a few months old when the safety recall was issued. *tr
