Problems with 2008 Jeep Wrangler FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

When refueling at any gas station when the tank reaches a certain point the gasoline comes back out spraying over the side of vehicle and on me leaving gasoline on the ground and myself covered in gas

Fuel splash back on refueling.

When filling the fuel tank, fuel spills out of filler hole after auto-stop filler nozzle shuts off.!!

Gas tank cover is rusted so bad the tank could fall out. very unsafe for the road.

When filling the gas tank the gas overflows and spills on the car.

After fueling the 2008 jeep wrangler unlimited x the fuel backflows alot. this seems dangerous, as in what if a fire sparks up at the gas station pump.

Gas and air spit/spill back out of fuel filler neck tube when refueling at gas station pump. gas runs down fender/fender flare. problem began around 55-60,000 miles. jeep continues to give off strong gas vapor odor when parked in garage even weeks after refueling.

When filling the fuel tank at the gas station if gas pump is on high fuel backsplashes on the vehicle and onto the ground. this is a common problem amongst many jeep wrangler owners. dealership denies any problem. you ask below when did this happen well i will list one date but it happens 50% of the time when filling the jeep up. i bought the jeep in 2011 with 40,000 miles on it and has been doing it ever since.

Fuel does not stop filling when tank is full. about a cup or two of fuel overflows before pump stops. this happens at all pumps and has been ongoing for a few weeks. most recent date is noted.

Fueling up the jeep with the auto shut off at filling stations now causes about 2 cups of gasoline puking out the filler and onto myself , vehicle , and ground. this now happens every fill up.

Gas overflows from gas filler tube after pump has stoped

Every time you fuel the vehicle to gas overflows out of the fuel inlet onto the side and rear fender of the vehicle.

When refueling the gas tank it overflows gas all over on the ground. it does not automatically shut off when tank is full.

Car at random will not start, lights will not work or radio will stop working ... check engine light stays on without any engine issues ... to pump fuel it takes 20 minutes to fill it up you can't walk away or it will over flow ... jeep left me sit the other day and no garage can tell me whats wrong with it... its not the starter ...
