I purchased a used jeep that had floor mats that i found out had a safety recall that stated the hole that is used to hook floor mats to the floor board could tear causing gas pedal to stick causing a crash. when i contacted them they told me that they will only fix the issue if i was the original purchaser of the floor mat. then in a follow up email they stated that the warranty only applies to the original purchaser. this is not a warranty issue but a safety recall by quadratec ( see their recall post ) https://www.quadratec.com/images/flr.pdf i then sent a follow up letter asking them if in fact they are telling me that it is okay to use the product or if they are telling me that they will refuse to replace or repair a self described safety recall. this is a recall issue not being honored by the company quadratec. *tr
