We have classified the 2 complaints from 2000 Jeep Wrangler about FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE into the following categories.
When adding fuel to the vehicle( fill up time), the auto shut off continually "clicks" itself off and spills fuel. this condition exists on an empty or partially filled tank. i have owned said vehicle since new. problem didn't begin until adaptation of vapor recovery devices added to the gas station pumps. it now takes approximately 15 minutes of frustration to fill this veh. with the 16 gallons required to fill it. also results in a spill every single time. i belong to an organization dedicated to this particular make and model of vehicle, and it happens very often. *tr
