The tire showed signs of delaminating while being rotated. the issue occurred between 27k and 31k miles. the car had been aligned 12/2018 and the tires rotated 3 months earlier at 27k miles

Tl* the contact owns a 2017 jeep renegade equipped with continental crosscontact lx tires, size: 215/65/16 (na). lost tire pressure while driving contact was concerned about safety due to the tire failure tread separation on the inside of tire. only noticeable with tires off of the rim. while driving at 20 mph, the tire pressure monitoring system indicated a loss of tire pressure in the driver's side, passenger's side rear and driver's side front tire. the contact stated that the loss of tire pressure was gradual. the contact stated that the wheels were removed at the residence and taken to southern tire mart located at 2009 e beebe capps expy, searcy, ar 72143, (501) 268-1167. the tires were replaced with michelin brand tires. neither the vehicle manufacturer nor a dealer were notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage on the tires were 8,000, 10,000 and 12,000 respectively. the approximate failure mileage on the vehicle was 8,000.
