Problems with 2008 Jeep Liberty SEAT BELTS

It wouldn't let me click on multiple other options like the windshield. snow blows through the front vent sometimes as i'm driving if i have it on regular heat or defrost. the breaks have always squeaked since i got the vehicle in 2018. i have to play with the seatbelt to get it to lock in place. the wheel sometimes turns on its own randomly to the left and the suspension is really off and bouncy.

The seatbelts have a trick i have to play with the drivers seatbelt to get it to click. the breaks have always squeaked and not stopped correctly the suspension feels off. the wheel turns to the left. i don't know about the airbags because i have yet to get into a wreck. the wheel turned to the left staring up my car after getting gas causing me to smash in my passenger drivers side door. problems upon problems since i got the vehicle from four seasons auto in st.george utah. busy now has damage the engine gets hot and smelly. snow will literally blow through my defrost vents and hit me in the face with mists of snow.

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 jeep liberty. the contact stated that the driver side seat belt locking receptacle would not attach and lock to the seat belt buckle. the cause of the failure was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 99,000.
