A arm broke clean in two while driving down road. nothing was hit prior too arm breaking as a result car pulled to right and hit back tire on a curb which caused rotor and ball joint on back to break. have been complaining to service department of popping noise at front right tire with no resolve. vehicle was traveling 40-45 miles per hour on city street clear dry day.
When starting the vehicle, it made a grinding sound. then a dashboard message popped up stating that the air suspension needed servicing immediately. this same message appeared every time we started the car. in addition, while driving, another dashboard message popped up instructing to reduce speed to maintain proper vehicle height.
The air suspinsion has been actin up since i purchased it new in feb 2018. it wasnt too bad so i just left it alone and didnt use it. later it started flashing a warnning while driving at higway speed to "service air suspision immediatley." the suspinsion went into "park/exit mode" and the truck dropped and it drove very rough. i trailered it to the dealership. they had it 3 weeks. it failed as soon as i left. now it seems stuck in off road ii mode, but the rear is high and front is low... its pitiful. i do love the jeep, but this is getting aggrivating. i'm taking it back to another dealership and hopefully it will be ready fro me to travel for christamas.
'service air suspension immediately' is the warning on my jeep and many peoples jeeps since 2015. this issue is a constant problem and chrysler has no answer. where is the recall?
