Recently reported VISIBILITY/WIPER problems on 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Side driver's and passenger windows shattering - walked to car parked outside. opened driver door, sat down and closed the door. upon impact of closing the door the entire passenger side window shattered inside the car. i have read online that this has happened to other grand cherokee drivers.

Brand new jeep grand cherokee with less than 500 miles, on a clear day while driving approximately 50 miles per hour, the front portion of panoramic sunroof spontaneously shattered. sounded like a gunshot. to add insult to injury, car manufacturer claims they are not liable under warranty because i cannot prove the glass and/or design were defective. the manufacturers need to stop making panoramic roofs or else cover them under the warranty.
