Tl* the contact owns a 2009 jeep grand cherokee. the contact stated that the check engine light constantly illuminated on the instrument panel. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on four occasions and a new thermostat was installed. the failure recurred and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer. the manufacturer was notified and a claim was filed. the failure mileage was 40,000 and the current mileage was 45,000.
Tl* the contact owns a 2009 jeep grand cherokee. the contact stated that while driving 35 mph, all of the warning lights would illuminate and the vehicle would stall. during the failures, the contact had a hard time maneuvering the vehicle to the side of the road. the vehicle would also not immediately restart. the vehicle was not taken to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was notified and advised the conatct to take the vehicle to an authorized dealer for an inspection. they offered no other assistance. the failure mileage was 50,000.
Tl*the contact owns a 2009 jeep grand cherokee. the contact stated that while driving approximately 20-30 mph, the vehicle suddenly stalled. the vehicle was able to restart by being placed in neutral and restarting. no warning lights illuminated on the instrumental panel. the vehicle was inspected by a dealer who informed the contact that they were unable to diagnose the failure. the vehicle had not been repaired. the failure mileage was approximately 7,300.
