Tl* the contact owns a 2008 jeep grand cherokee. within a month of owning the vehicle. the dealer replaced the heater motor, fuel pump, belts, and the air bag and check engine warning lights randomly flashed. the dealer replaced the driver side seat belt and indicated that the service engine light flashed because of the weather changes, which was not a diagnosis. the contact experienced the vehicle being difficult to start upon turning the key over. the dealer replaced and reprogrammed the keys, but the failure recurred. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 90,000.

My spouse and i entered vehicle and tried to put on seat belt when the driver's seat belt harness failed and became unbolted (spouse we driver). no force was used while trying to put on seat belt, simply used seat belt as normal. my spouse was able to re-attach the seat belt harness back into mechanism and ensured that the bolt was tightened. passenger side was checked and discovered bolt was extremely loose as well. vehicle was purchased brand new in 2009. *tr
