Problems with 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE

Tl* the contact owns a 2007 jeep grand cherokee. while refueling the vehicle, the vapors from the fuel tank would not allow fuel to flow evenly into the fuel tank. there were no warning indicators illuminated. the vehicle was taken to whitten brothers of ashland (11409 washington hwy, ashland, va 23005, (804) 798-6071) where it was diagnosed that the vent valve failed. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not notified. the failure mileage was unknown.

Have received a notification (several months back) that there is a recall on the fuel tank. impact explosion risk. every time we call the local dealers--we have tried several--none of them have a resolution, or they say they don't have the parts. when is this going to be addressed? *tr

While driving the vehicle it started to accelerate and while stepping on the brake the vehicle went faster. i turned the key and the engine stopped and i went to the side of the road. i looked up a recall for this problem and there was a k 11 recall. when i contacted jeep they said my vin number was not part of the recall. well i think there is a problem and they should investigate to extend their recall to include this and other vehicles. i will bring the vehicle to a jeep dealer. *tr

While driving the vehicle loses power no matter how much gas you give it. the engine light comes on and off every few days. all the gear indicator lights are highlighted. *tr

Fuel supply line ruptured in engine compartment. the result was fuel under pressure spraying on the engine. the rupture was not a complete loss of supply to the engine so the engine continued to run while fuel sprayed soaking the engine compartment in fuel. the dealership reported that the line must have been moved and would not stand behind the part that was defective. the vehicle has been owned by my company since new and the area in question had never been dislodged since new. *tr

I had made a left turn, begin to accelerate, and all of a sudden, car begun to shut down, car slowed down, until it came to a stop. took car to dealer, problem was not fixed, continued to have same problem over next several years. i was unaware, and never received a notice of recall for transmission problem. i turned the power off, wait about 1 minute, started vehicle and it ran fine. during the ride, electrical panel began to flash, everything was turning on and off. gas gauge, and every other gauge on the panel went up and down. every light on the panel flashed on and off. this has happen many times over the years as well. i recently took vehicle to dealership in november 2013, who told me they could not fine anything wrong with my car. just in the last few weeks i have had this electrical problem, march 2014. what is wrong with my car, how can i get is fixed? what do i do if i have a recalled vehicle? *tr
