Update: the braking system, primary and emergency, failed at approximately 6:30 am 5/13/2008. my wife was unable to bring the vehicle under control traveling down an unpaved hill and had a head-on collision with a boulder. we have called the attorney and we are awaiting a call bck at this time. chrysler and scheid are going to wish they never heard of me now. they can shove their bs "repurchase" offers up their'!@#$%. *tr
