Tl* the contact owns a 2003 jeep grand cherokee. while driving 35 mph, the front driver side tire detached from the vehicle. an independent mechanic inspected the vehicle but was unable to determine the cause of the failure. the contact independently replaced the tire. the failure recurred on numerous occasions. in addition, the contact stated that while driving at a low speed, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the rear of the vehicle as the rear driver's side tire detached from the vehicle. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 140,000.

Tl*the contact owns a 2003 jeep grand cherokee. while placing new tires on the vehicle, the bolt moved out of position. the contact's husband removed the tire from the vehicle and noticed the center line and the bolt. when he touched the bolt to see if it was tight enough, it fell off. he noticed that the bolt was rusted and disintegrating. the vehicle was taken to the shop and the contact was informed that the two end pieces of the centerline needed to be replaced. the vin and engine size were unknown. the current and failure mileages were 45,000.
