Steering wheel locks up while driving. safely stopping the vehicle, turning the vehicle off, and then restarting the vehicle resets and unlocks the steering wheel. this has occurred 4 times now, today being the 4th since we bought the vehicle in july 2019. today's steering wheel lockup presented an error on the dash: "dynamic steering wheel service required". previous events occurred in september and august of 2019, but without error display.
After getting off of the highway and coming to a stop at the light, i went to turn and my car stalled out as i was turning. i was on a one lane overpass with no way to pull over. it wouldn't even register that i was trying to turn off my vehicle for a minute. i was finally able to restart my car and keep driving.
