Nozzle at fuel pump was stuck inside the gas cap and tank. both fuel station staff & i attempted to remove the nozzle from the gas tank but it would not come out. we had to use a piece of metal to pry out the nozzle. there is a metal notch on the gas nozzle that once inserted becomes lodged on the inner lip of the gas cap and you cannot remove it. this is a serious defect in the gas tank design and could cause safety issue especially if the gas nozzle continues to pump gas and the tank is full.
