On september 24, 2019 while driving down a residential street approximately 15 mph, the passenger side headrest deployed without provocation. fortunately, no passenger was sitting in the passenger seat at the time of deployment. it made a really loud noise when it deployed startling driver, causing driver to swerve and almost caused an accident. it appears a piece of plastic broke off inside the headrest causing the headrest to deploy.
Don't know they can't seem to figure out why when someone gets out of passenger seat the seatbelt lightbstsys on and it still chims until i hook the seatbelt. i am getting tired of taking it to them
