On 1/14/07, took 6-month-old 2007 xk to dealer for knocking sound coming from front of vehicle. found to be "running as intended," no problem found. five days later, found car to be completely dead in parking lot after leaving a restaurant. jaguar roadside assistance jump-started the vehicle the following morning, receiving an 'engine failure' warning message upon start-up. car was towed in on flatbed. software update performed by barrett jaguar service department. also repairs made as requested due to gas-cap release problems. *tr
