Turbocharger malfunction on vehicle at 35,000 miles

There was a fuel leak caused by a wire containing a hole in the front of the vehicle causing the car to smell like gasoline when sitting inside. possibly, caused by the top of the car rubbing against the wire, due to insufficient clearance. service advisor mentioned that this was not due to the owner/driver's fault and it makes the car unsafe to drive due to possibility of a fire. there have been a few recalls by jaguar concerning this exact issue, but jaguar says my car is not included simply because my vin does not match.

Tl* the contact owns a 2015 jagura xf. the contact stated that the engine stalled while driving. the vehicle was taken several times to the dealer for repair. the dealer performed a diagnostic test, which located a failure code at the fuel system. the low pressure fuel pump was replaced; however, the failure was not corrected. the fuel lever provided the incorrect reading and caused the vehicle to stall. the manufcturer was not notified. the approximate failure mileage was 13,000.
