I would like to report for your assistance regarding my wife, inci's unfortunate accident on 10/04/2019. she is suffering significant pain due to post-accident sternum and rib fractures. i am reporting this accident report for her. as clearly documented by the attached video clip, she comes at the front of the garage and stops the car for opening the garage door. instead of turning right side to park the car that accelerates without any control straightforward and hits the wall. although the space between the car and wall is approximately 20- 22 feet, the damage in the car was a total due to the unintentional and uncontrollable acceleration induced high speed [picture is attached]. moreover, she hits her upper front chest to the steering wheel and the air bag of the car comes after the impact. therefore, she had sternum and rib fractures by the chest x-rays and chest ct images from the houston imaging lab. these fractures are very painful and causing a significant loss of her quality of life. we believe that this unfortunate accident may be related to the mechanical failures of her 2017 jaguar xe with uncontrollable acceleration & malfunctioning air bag. our car insurance comp., the state farm is planning to review the "black box" from the car for further documentation. we would like to inform your office .regarding this car's safety defects to prevent similar life-threatening events.
