Accident causing death with the rear brakes engaging with the car in motion, without any warning lights, etc. that has potentially lead to loss of control at speed. electric parking brake which is too short and applies the rear brakes whenever the car suspension compresses due to carrying large load of rear passengers. the prior symptoms are the rear pads which wear out early, and despite this being a known issue jaguar has not acknowledged the problem. associated poor fuel consumption due to the permanently dragging rear brakes was identified in prior dealer inspections. updated 10/06/17 *bf updated 9/7/18*jb*dt*jb
