Recently reported ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL problems on 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid

I have two concerns that need to be addressed because they have been going on for a few years. the car would short of 'stall' during acceleration (car is still on)no matter which driving mode (eco, standard or sport), which is a major concern. it had a recall on the software a few years ago, which apparently was supposed to fix the issue . however, it has not and i have taken it in several times for the same issue but the dealership could not find any problems. yet the same year and model minus the hybrid is currently recalled for the same issue. it's a concern when my kids are in the car and it stalls while making a left hand turn. other issue is when i have the driver assist on and a car next to me in a separate lane makes either a right or left hand turn and my car would immediately brake. this is a concern because of the high possibility of getting rear ended.

My car just shutoff engine middle of highway..i took it to dealer they couldn't find out what's problems, they hold my car 2weeks finally they found it. it was hybrid alternator.. and july 18/2014 my car start flutter when back to dealer they still hold my car for replace the transmission. i feel this car need a recall for safety.. *tr
