I have two concerns that need to be addressed because they have been going on for a few years. the car would short of 'stall' during acceleration (car is still on)no matter which driving mode (eco, standard or sport), which is a major concern. it had a recall on the software a few years ago, which apparently was supposed to fix the issue . however, it has not and i have taken it in several times for the same issue but the dealership could not find any problems. yet the same year and model minus the hybrid is currently recalled for the same issue. it's a concern when my kids are in the car and it stalls while making a left hand turn. other issue is when i have the driver assist on and a car next to me in a separate lane makes either a right or left hand turn and my car would immediately brake. this is a concern because of the high possibility of getting rear ended.
As i start to accelerate i can feel the car stutter at times. when i'm at full acceleration the car seems to run fine, but as i start slowing down under 5 miles an hour i can feel a stutter again.
This is the second time my car has rolled with my child inside the vehicle i had the car in my driveway which is on a level ground not elevated i put my car in park and opened the door because i realized i had to run into the garage to close it and the car started rolling this time my driver door got caught on the house and now i have over $3000 in repairs the first time no damage to my car other than my son going through emotional trauma and myself too . the car rolled in park in my driveway out into the road with my son in it . the car stopped when it hit the curb of the sidewalk
