I called nalley infiniti of marietta to set up a service call in response to nhtsa recall 13v-445. i was transferred to a female service writer. she asked if i had this car serviced there in the past. i told her no because the car is new. she told me that they are "waiting on parts" and that i should call another dealership. when i asked her what other dealerships were in the area, she told me i should look online. when i asked if she could call me when the parts came in, she said she could not do that. i was really shocked at her lack of interest in helping me. i called back the next day to try to find out who i spoke to. the receptionist told me that it must have been one of their off-property service writers because there were no female writers on property. i then spoke to my regular service writer, and he set up an appointment for me. he also told me there are no parts involved - it is just a matter of software. i really regret that i did not ask her name the first time; however, i do hope that this matter will be investigated as i feel strongly that she was simply trying to get rid of me so that nalley would not have to do the recall work. please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. *tr
