Front driver's side door lock jammed -- door unable to open or unlock. driver had to climb in and out of car from passenger side. this is a huge safety hazard especially with small child in back seat. defective door lock randomly occurred--no damage to door. car in great condition and still under warranty by date. we took car to infiniti dealer for repair. they had to break the door lock mechanism to replace it which cost $760. *tr
