CRUISE CONTROL 1

Recently reported VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL problems on 2006 Infiniti FX35

Seat (driver's) adjustment/ movement (back & forth) has a scary 'kink/twist/wiggle'. i fear that the seat may become dislodged from it's rail/track, while driving. also, the passenger side front electric window lift does not close, but reopens about 2-inches when the window lift button is released.

After driving about 20 minutes, the intelligent cruise control starts to malfunction. it first will shut itself off randomly. from there it gets worse, reactivating the cruise control causes the car to sometimes "see" cars that are not there and applies brakes to stop the vehicle on the freeway, or even worse (and more often) does not "see" cars that are there and continues to drive on a collision course, until i'm just feet from the cars bumper and hit the brakes. if i do not take action the car will crash into others. i tried to get this repaired, but infiniti has not been able to correct it and i am attempting to get it repaired again on my 3 month old 2006 infiniti fx 35. this has been filmed on video tape and has happened dozens of times. this could easily cause injuries or death - a copy of the dvd can be sent if requested. *jb
