My 2003 hyundai power steering stops working properly anytime there is standing water on the road and i drive thru the water, be it a puddle on the road or water that is running on the road and cannot be avoided. the steering becomes very hard to control and at slow speeds can cause the motor to stall. i have had to replace the power steering pump and the problem is not occurring but there have not been any substantial rains in the area to make a determination of that corrected the problem. i have written to hyundai motors with no reply. *tr
