This vehicle suffers from design/manufacture defect. the valve cover gasket is defective. it leaks oil which fouls the alternator resulting in catastrophic loss of electrical systems including transmission function and steering control. all this occurred during ordinary driving resulting in near collision and total loss of power requiring emergency towing services. my service employee was well aware of this malfunction previously reported by other owners. he knew exactly what the problem was as soon as i described these events. i now have far less confidence in the reliability of this vehicle! *tr
