Recently reported UNKNOWN OR OTHER problems on 2017 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid

I have been having this problem for a while. i would be driving my car during the after and the dash (speedometer) would dim at first, but just yesterday the whole thing turned off except the green indicator as seen in the picture

Purchased vehicle on november 4th, 2017. it is now december 1st, 2017. problems shortly followed after leaving dealer. vehicle hesitates, shudders, and jerks while gas engine is engaged while in motion. also, sometimes almost loses power while in motion using the gas engine. while running in ev mode, no issues or occurrences. vehicle now has 1822 miles. vehicle has been in the service department three times. no resolution for problem, as well as being misdiagnosed each time. check engine light illuminates, diagnostic message reads "a problem has occurred with your engine control system." as well as "multiple conditions have occurred with your vehicle." hyundai service is aware that other vehicles have had similar issues, resulting in cylinder head being replaced. hyundai service team has exhausted efforts to fix my vehicle without changing the actual cylinder head, which in turn, left me on the side of the road. blue-link representatives were friendly, but forgetful of the task at hand. they have replaced my fuel injectors twice as well as oxygen sensor twice, each time saying the problem is "fixed." after second time in the shop, vehicle nearly died in the middle of a major roadway with me and would not exceed 35-40mph or accelerate safely. there are multiple people on online forums complaining of the same problem with the same misdiagnosing's. (faulty fuel injectors as well as bad oxygen sensor.) i just want to drive my brand new, hyundai ioniq hybrid, limited... but i cannot drive it safely or drive it at all when it is in the service departments hands. have had these recurring issues 11/6/2017 - to present 12/01/17.

Not a complaint, a concern over the fact that my dealership has had my car 2 days for a safety recall (t2j 2017 ioniq traction motor inspection and or replacement), and i cannot find any thing on nhtsa or hyundaiusa (or other internet resources) regarding this recall? i found a complaint that sounds similar, nhtsa id number: 11006515, but no indication of recall. *tr
