Well up front you'll have 20mm less clearance to the strut and they will stick out 30mm more.
The rears will have 22mm less clearance and will stick out 42mm more.
I think you would be sorry about putting that much width up front.
I went up to an 8.5 up front and a 245 size tire and can tell that the steering is a little less responsive, (feels heavier)
I've got 8.5 +15 with 245 rubber up front & 10 +20 with 275 rubber on the rears and the wheels actually are out past the fender.
