During routine city street driving, the sunroof spontaneously made a loud explosion sound, shattered and fell into the car. glass hit myself and my passengers while the car was in motion. when i went to the dealership to address the issue, i was told i would have to pay for the repairs or submit to my insurance. i have had this $40,000 car for 3 months, prior to this incident the trunk was leaking every time it rained and had to be repaired.
