Rear passenger side brake seizure or sticking. happened when i went to a colder location. i took the car to the dealer and they lubed the guides, 2 months later, back in a cold area, the exact same thing happened again. the car doesn't roll in neutral and the brakes heat up, excessive wear on the pads on that brake.
