On wednesday november 5, at approximately 5:40am, the 2009 azera came up to an intersection. failure to stop caused the driver to run the stop sign. the car became lodged underneath a semi tractor trailer, and was dragged several feet before the semi stopped. the driver of the car was killed instantly. he did not have a medical issue that caused the accident. the driver drove this road everyday. they were aware of the stop sign, and had a spotless driving record. unfortunately there is nothing left of the car to prove that the brakes failed. only the trunk remains. *tr
