While driving , applied brake and pedal went to the floor car would not stop! replaced brake master cylinder (typical repair) this did not fix issue. im am told the the abs modulator caused this failure. the master cylinder is understandably a dangerous failure point however i have never heard of an abs modulator causing this issue which can be deadly . the car only has 90k miles which also is an issue as this is not a typical failure. i was able to avoid a collision but im wondering if this should be looked into closer and if there are others that have had this problem but did not recognize the failure point since the part is not suppose to fail in this manner .
