Tl*the contact owns a 2010 honda ridgeline. the contact stated that the windshield wipers were located too low on the hood and whenever it snows the wipers get stuck causing them not to work properly. he had to use a screwdriver in order to release them. the manufacturer was contacted and advised the contact to notify the dealer. the dealer was unable to offer any assistance since they were unable to change the design of the vehicle. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileages were 6,500.
