Driving in the city when the 3 vehicle collision happened going 25-30mph. the first car stopped suddenly to let pedestrians cross the street. then the second car followed and i did not catch the stop in time. front air bags did not deploy when my car rear ended the other vehicles. and driver seatbelt did not lock. injuries of whiplash, concussion and a broken nose resulted from this
