Problems with 2018 Honda Fit FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

Recently reported FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM problems on 2018 Honda Fit

After parking and returning to vehicle, on start up, multiple check engine lights went off. code was read as p0303 engine cylinder 3 misfire. car ~8000 miles, on taking to dealership was told extreme carbon buildup had caused misfires. car was returned, functioned for a month. issue reoccurred, fuel injectors, fuel joint pipe set, and fuel pump were replaced. car is currently functional but it is concerning that fuel injectors have failed on a new vehicle after under 10,000 miles.

Lots of gas in oil both times on oil changes. motor bogs down sometimes while in motion.
