Tl*the contact owns a 2009 honda fit. the contact was driving approximately between 20-25 mph; and encountered a pothole in the road. suddenly, the tire flattened without warning. the contact pulled over to the side of the road and the front passenger tire stud broke. the tire was replaced with the spare tire. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for inspection. the broken stud was not covered under the service warranty. the tire stud was replaced at the owners expense. the failure mileage was 21,000.
