I have a 2007 honda fit which has been leaking water in the passenger back floor area for over a year now. it began over a year ago and was sent to the dealership numerous times. it was accumulating over a 6 inches of rain and became moldy and smelled horrible. i explained my concerns to the dealership regarding the leak and mold health hazards. especially having my newborn in the car with me. they could not figure out the problem after repeated attempted to take the car apart.. the last time it was there was in april 2010 and they allegedly fixed the problem. we have not had a huge amount of rain since then (except for alot of snot). the other day after a huge rain storm i noticed a distinct mildew smell. once again the floor underneath my all weather mats was completely soaked. (directly under my 15 mo old's carseat.) i have taken it back to the dealership for an unrelated recall and they said they don't know what the issue could be. i am at my wits end and cannot expose my child to this moldy health hazard any longer. i am looking into my rights as a consumer and would appreciate any assistance in this matter. *tr

Rock damage to condenser caused ac failure due to aluminum grade condenser and lack of adequate protection. aluminum condenser can be crushed by finger force, clearly not designed to hold up to road projectiles, such as pebbles or small rocks impacting at interstate speeds. first repair on vehicle less than 1 year old and under 14k miles. no protection offered to prevent from occurring again. out $700 to repair condenser. modifications to protect condenser will void warranty. multiple complaints on honda vehicles for exact same issue. no guarantee that this will be the last time, and most likely will not be the last time because the condenser is so flimsy that this is bound to happen again. not covered under honda warranty as it's considered road hazard. *tr
