Note: this in reference to the honda crosstour which is not listed in your drop down . the head restraint is badly proportioned--with any adjustment of the seat or restraint it forces my forward and down--this was not noticeable in the short test drive but only during a longer drive --after a fairly short time i developed a very painful neck and it got worse with time.. i have contacted the dealer but they did not offer any solution to the problem other than to adjust the seat. tried that until i had exhausted all possible positions with no acceptable relief, they did admit there have been "a few" such complaints. i also called american honda--the reception was friendly and the person i talked to was concerned but stated she was not aware of any problems as i described. after some research i find this has been an ongoing problem foe some time and includes prior model years and other models. i do believe a rather minor modification could provide the relief needed and still be within the 50mm clearance that is allowed. *tr
