Drivers side seat assembly broke and defective. a seat assembly should not break especially on the drivers side. the metal seat assembly broke on drivers side. dealer service rep said they have seen a few these seat assemblies breaking on the honda crv 2010 model year. this is extremely dangerous as when you go to accelerate the seat pushes back and your foot looses control of the accelerator. this should be a recall or at least a technical bulletin.
